Programming Studio, Mainhouse and offsite activities and maintaining and developing Harrogate Theatre’s Associate Artists programme.

Interim Senior Producer & Programmer – Your Trust, Rochdale
Initiate and lead on developing and building strategic partnerships with local, regional, national and international show and event producers and organisers;
Supporting the emerging Events Programming Strategy and Business Plan, ensuring a balance of professional, community, cultural and sporting events, capable of attracting diverse audiences that reflect the make-up of the borough; this includes working with external partners, festivals and events, and artist / talent development programmes;
Supporting the Fundraising Manager to develop the fundraising strategy, ensuring income streams are diversified including: lottery, trusts and foundations, local authority and commercial income streams;

Programming and production support in collaboration with Venue Director (specifically with 21st Anniversary Gala night and large scale building-wide Halloween Event). Instigating and supporting Artist Development initiatives.

HUB & General Manager / HUB Programmer – Slung Low, Leeds
Working with the Slung Low team to ensure that the HUB is available as a rehearsal space to those making performance in the region who have need of it. Alongside this, firmly establishing the HUB as a venue on regional, national and international touring routes and inviting exciting new work from the UK and beyond and presenting to an audience. Instrumental in the HUB’s nomination for Peter Brook Empty Space award in 2017.
Supporting and managing all artists using the HUB within the “open access” policy, borrowing equipment and utilising resource.
Providing advance marketing support and on the day technical & front of house support to visiting performances.
Maintaining HUB and office workplaces organised, safe, licensed and clean and managing all legal licensing requirements for building. Similarly managing and maintaining equipment and company vehicles.

Theatres Programmer / Producer – The Lowry Salford Quays
Programming The Studio (small) and some Quays Theatre (midscale) shows alongside Head of Theatres and Artistic Director, with specific remit for Family product and Burlesque / Cabaret / Variety events.
Assisted in producing Lowry shows / seasons and festivals within budgets, specifically regular family festivals.
Lead on nurturing and developing local, new and emerging artists and assisted them in producing their own shows.
Lead on animating the building and assisted with outdoor events.
Co-ordinated arrangements on co-pros & other projects including contracting creatives and related agreements, ensuring good communications among commissioning and co-producing partners.
Co-ordinated physical production elements, negotiating licensing and permissions, work permits and certificates of sponsorship, and scheduling of physical space requirements.
Dealt with all contracting matters arising with visiting producers.
Played an active role in the full range of programming work of the team.
Pivotal role in The Lowry Studio attaining Peter Brook Empty Space Award 2012.

Undertaking DSM duties for all events at WYP. Deputising for SM in absence, supporting and facilitating creative team and performers. Assisting in management and operation of department – research, prop acquisition, fit up / get out, preparing info sheets/calls & distribution. Running rehearsals / performances, ensure circulation of info to other departments.

DSM on various productions starring Jim Davidson on tour (10 weeks no1 venues) and residentially with panto runs Northampton & Palace Manchester.
Duties included running rehearsals and calling the show.
